When a busy family of four decides they love their home, but are quickly outgrowing it, they call on us.
By adding a large addition, the square footage jumped from 2100 to 3100 square feet – with nearly every inch of the house renovated or custom built. But it’s not just about more space, it’s about using the space more efficiently. This project included a complete reflow, creating shared spaces for the family and modernizing throughout.
And that’s just the inside. We turned the backyard into an oasis with a brand-new gunite pool, stone paver patio, deck, and screened-in porch. Their summer family vacation plans? Days in the pool and nights by the fire pit.

Sometimes you have to tear down walls (and even old, outdated additions) to bring a project together.
That’s what we’re doing in this single family whole-house renovation, which will add not only 1250 square feet, but also a sense of spaciousness.
We’re modifying the existing first-floor space to create an airy open concept, with an expanded kitchen and living area, new walk-in pantry, new mudroom, and new bathroom.
On the second floor? Every bedroom and every bathroom gets renovated, and we’re adding a new master suite with a walk-in closet and laundry room.
